Responsibilities:

    • construction organisation and preparation;
    • daily control of the quality and punctuality of the works on site;
    • coordinating the work of employees and subcontractors;
    • Project coordination and correct circulation of documentation, cooperation with the Investor;
    • Development of work technology and workshop designs, sending out
      requests for quotations to suppliers and subcontractors and preliminary analysis of the quotations received;
    • drawing up works estimates;
    • supervising the creation of construction and as-built documentation.

    Requirements:

    • Higher technical education – environmental engineering;
    • Authorisation to manage construction works without limitations in the field of installation specialisation in the field of networks, installations and equipment:
    • Experience of at least 2 years in a similar position;
    • Good knowledge of MS Excel;
    • Good knowledge of AutoCAD;
    • Accuracy, meticulousness;
    • Very good organisation of work;
    • Good knowledge of English welcomed;
    • Cat B driving licence.
