Responsibilities:
- Construction organisation and preparation,
- Supervision of the work carried out,
- Verification of technical designs of sanitary installations with a view to their implementation on ongoing construction sites,
- Completion of installation materials and coordination of the ordering of goods for the construction sites they are running,
- Development of technology for the execution of works and workshop designs, sending requests for quotations to suppliers and subcontractors and preliminary analysis of the quotations received,
- Design coordination and cooperation with the Investor/General Contractor,
- Drafting of work items,
- Troubleshooting technical problems on the construction sites implemented by the Employer,
- Preparation of work progress reports and construction status,
- Coordination of interprofessional cooperation on site,
- Responsibility for the budgetary discipline of the project and ensuring the best possible financial outcome of ongoing implementations,
- Conducting bid competitions for commissioned work,
- Project risk analysis, forecasting, corrective action if necessary,
- Controlling the quality and timeliness of the works on site,
- Coordination of engineers, installation staff, and subcontractors,
- Taking special care to comply with health and safety regulations on construction sites,
- Representing the company to the client,
- Preparation of as-built documentation, measurements, completion of acceptance documents.
Requirements:
- Higher technical education – environmental engineering;
- Authorisation to manage construction works without limitations in the field of installation specialisation in the field of networks, installations and equipment:
- Experience of at least 1 year in a similar position and 2 years as a Works Manager
- Good knowledge of MS Excel;
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD;
- Accuracy, meticulousness;
- Very good organisation of work;
- Good knowledge of English welcomed;
- Cat B driving licence.
